Applied Materials is offering a Mechanical Engineering Intern position at its European Repair Center in San Biagio di Callalta (TV), Italy. The program supports students or recent graduates in hands-on manufacturing engineering, process improvement, and documentation within a high-tech environment.

The six-month internship includes a structured training plan, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and benefits such as monthly expense reimbursements and meal vouchers.

Competenze

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
• Familiar with CAD software and MS Office applications.

Mansioni

• Support Manufacturing Engineers in improving daily production processes.
• Assist in developing and updating manufacturing procedures and work instructions.
• Participate in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Collect and analyze manufacturing data to support operational decisions.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
• Assist in new product introduction and process validation activities.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams.
• Review tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment; maintain records.
