Sidel is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join a mechanical engineering team in Verona. The team focuses on the development and maintenance of mechanical modules. Your Mission

• Responsible for the study phase of parts, sub-assemblies, or full modules.
• Accountable for design compliance with specifications.
• Responsible for design considering technical feasibility, assembly, and maintenance of components.
• Autonomous in managing detailed tasks, ensuring adherence to planning and schedules.
• Manage technical problem solving, participate in or organize design reviews, qualification reviews, functional analysis, FMEA analysis, based on Six Sigma approach.
• Ensure the quality of assembly drawings, design models, calculation notes, and functional analysis. Manage non-conformities using RCA approach, defining preventive and corrective actions for continuous quality improvement.
• Support supply chain by providing information about modules/lines of business, industrialization, derogations, resourcing, etc., according to functional matrix skills.
• Strictly adhere to Sidel's design specifications, design processes, and product evolution.
• Respect process architecture governance (platform architecture, standardization principles, rules, interface standardization, modular CAD approach).

Your Profile

Education & Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• High school diploma at a Technical Institute is a preferred requirement.
