We’re looking for a talented Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our passionate team in Milan and help us create the next generation of elevators that set new standards for quality, safety, and innovation.

• You’ll be at the heart of cutting-edge engineering, working with an international, cross-functional team to design and develop mechanical components for our state-of-the-art elevators. Designing and engineering world-class mechanical solutions for elevator components;
• Creating detailed 3D models and drawings using CREO;
• Managing engineering documentation and Bills of Materials in Windchill / SAP;
• Performing key calculations (FEM) and validating technical solutions to ensure top-tier quality;

Collaborating with a talented team to continuously innovate and elevate Schindler products.

• We’re looking for a skilled, forward-thinking engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a passion for pushing the limits of mechanical design. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering;
• Hands-on experience in mechanical design, with a focus on sheet metal (a plus!);
• Strong proficiency with CREO for 3D modeling and design;
• Familiarity with FEM analysis (bonus points for experience!);

Fluency in English, German is a plus!
