Ariete, part of the De’Longhi Group, is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer at its Campi Bisenzio headquarters. You will contribute to CAD design, ensure mechanical integrity, and drive product adaptations through the full development cycle.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical Engineering, advanced 3D CAD experience (Siemens NX), plastics design expertise, international collaboration, and willingness to travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Advanced 3D CAD in Siemens NX or equivalent.
• Plastics component design and injection molding knowledge.
• Mechanical processing technologies, die casting, and assembly know‑how.
• Ability to manage technical projects independently.
• Experience in international teams (with Chinese counterparts) is valued.
• Familiarity with rapid prototyping technologies.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Creative problem‑solver with a can‑do attitude.
• Willingness to travel abroad.
• Basic knowledge of cyber security and information protection.

Mansioni

• Participate in full product development cycle from concept to mass production.
• Design and engineer mechanical components and systems for product adaptations.
• Manage R&D projects, define timelines and milestones.
• Prototype and validate concepts based on lab results and feedback.
