Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our Engineering team. Working closely with R&D scientists, the successful candidate will focus on integrating main process equipment into the plant layout, defining mechanical features, interacting with suppliers, and supporting the development and scalability of our pilot plant.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze plant mechanical feasibility using 3D models to ensure performance, safety, and standards.
2. Select static and rotating equipment, and define operating and maintenance procedures.
3. Assist in defining constructability schemes and project sequences.
4. Develop project specifications, bid and work execution packages.
5. Align vendor offers, evaluate technical bids, and oversee subcontractor work descriptions.
6. Define mechanical and piping design basis.
7. Support development of company standards and calculation models.
8. Manage the integration of mechanical systems and the Pilot Plant 3D model.
9. Perform piping stress analysis.
10. Support permit applications and submit documentation to authorities.
11. Follow up on orders with vendors and provide commissioning support.
12. Collaborate with external partners, such as research institutions.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
2. Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3. Experience with material procurement and vendor relations.
4. Proficiency with CAD mechanical software (Solid Edge preferred), AutoCAD LT, and Office Suite.
5. Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
6. Fluent in professional English.
7. Enthusiastic about expanding technological expertise.
8. Knowledge of vacuum systems and carbon capture technology is advantageous.
