Mechanical Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our Engineering team. Working closely with R&D scientists, the successful candidate will integrate main process equipment into the plant layout, define mechanical features, interact with suppliers, and support the Plant 3D Model for layouts and piping. The role includes following up on the pilot plant's mechanical development and scalability based on performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze plant mechanical feasibility through 3D models to ensure performance, safety, and standards compliance.
2. Select static and rotating equipment, and define operating and maintenance procedures.
3. Define constructability schemes and sequences.
4. Develop project specifications, bid packages, and work execution plans.
5. Align vendor offers, evaluate technical bids, and coordinate subcontractor descriptions.
6. Establish mechanical and piping design bases.
7. Support development of company standards and calculation models.
8. Manage mechanical systems integration and Pilot Plant 3D model.
9. Perform piping stress analysis.
10. Support permit applications and documentation submissions.
11. Follow up on orders and coordinate with vendors post-order.
12. Assist in commissioning and startup processes.
13. Collaborate with external partners, including research institutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with material procurement and vendor relations.
• Proficiency in CAD mechanical software (Solid Edge preferred), AutoCAD LT, and Office.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in professional English.
• Enthusiastic about expanding technological expertise.
• Knowledge of vacuum systems and carbon capture is a plus.
