What You Need to Be Successful

• Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (e.g., Aerospace, Aeronautics, Robotics, etc.)
• Less than 18 months of professional experience
• Fluency in English and Italian; a third language will be considered a plus
• Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and trust with colleagues and stakeholders
• Innate aptitude for teamwork
