Sinergy Flow S.r.l. in Rho (Mi), Italy, is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to develop components and complex systems from concept through detailed production drawings and documentation.

You will perform 2D/3D CAD design, run design reviews, and collaborate with the engineering team on product development. Prototyping and testing support is part of the role; English proficiency at least B1 is required.

Location: Rho, Italy (near the metro station)

Contract Type: Full-time, On-site

Working Hours: 09:00-12:45, 14:00-18:00

Role Description

The applicant will deal with the mechanical design of components and systems, from concept to detailed product development, including the preparation of technical drawings and documentation for production.

What you’ll do at Sinergy Flow

• Mechanical design of components, assemblies and complex systems (2D and 3D)
• Preparation of technical drawings and tables for production
• Design review and optimization of existing components
• Collaborate with the engineering team on product development
• Support prototyping and testing activities

What you’ll bring to the table

• At least 1 year of experience in mechanical design
• Proficiency in the main mechanical design software (2D, 3D and technical drawing preparation)
• Precision and attention to detail
• Critical thinking

• Positive attitude and appetite for learning

Language

English: at least B1 level, preference for C1 level or higher

Education

Technical diploma holders ("periti") are welcome - a hands-on approach is preferred. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design or related fields may be valued.
