Job Description:

TMC is seeking talented Mechanical Design Engineers to join challenging R&D projects.

You will be involved in the design, development, and validation of products, systems, and machines across various sectors such as Automotive, Defense, Industrial Automation, and Robotics. You will participate in the entire product development cycle, from requirements definition and initial sketches to validation and production.

Requirements:

• M. Sc or PhD in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in product development, design, and analysis
• Proficiency with CAD tools (e.g., PTC Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA, Inventor)
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with metallic and plastic materials
• Fluency in English and Italian
