A leading aerospace company is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their Campania Engineering Center. You'll design components for engine hot section modules, work with CAD models, and perform structural analysis. A Master's degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering and fluency in Italian and English are required. This role includes smart working options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Essential Responsibilities
Development of new mechanical concepts to enable new engine architectures and support technical feasibility studies and concept design of structural components
Execute the design and analysis of assigned projects using sound engineering principles in agreement to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements
Work on CAD models and Drawings
Perform structural analysis: thermo-structural, structural dynamics and fatigue
Participate in design reviews and tech reviews. Prepare and present technical data to internal and external customers
Efficient communicate with the team to improve collaboration and eliminate waste. Share information and promote open dialogue
Developing deep knowledge of a technical discipline, being in touch with the technical community and proactively participate to the improvement and foster of new methodology/tools
Qualifications/Requirements
Master's degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering
Good knowledge of fundamental mechanical design concepts, mechanics of materials, design hand calculations
Knowledge of CAD/CAE tools
Self-directed and motivated
Open mindset and strong team player
Fluent written and spoken Italian and English
Clear thinking and diligent approach
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Work Visa, according to local regulation, is required
