Job Description:

TMC is looking for talented Mechanical Design Engineers to be involved in challenging R&D projects.

You will be involved in the design, development, and validation of products, systems, and machines across various sectors such as Automotive, Defense, Industrial Automation, and Robotics. You will participate in the full product development cycle, from requirements definition and initial sketches to validation and production.

What we expect from you:

• M. Sc or PhD in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in product development, design, and analysis
• Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., PTC Creo, SolidWorks, Catia, Inventor)
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with metallic and plastic materials
• Fluency in English and Italian
