A leading engineering firm in Terni is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to create and revise technical drawings of products. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering and have a strong knowledge of mechanical drawing software such as SolidEdge. Responsibilities include drafting technical manuals and assisting in production clarity. This is a full-time position offering a competitive contract based on experience.

Overview

We are looking for a professional figure to be included in our Mechanical Engineering Department, who has good knowledge of 2D and 3D mechanical drawing and will be responsible for creating mechanical drawings of our products.

Job Brief

• Responsible for creating technical drawings to graphically represent our systems by defining in detail the components, specifications and measurements required to develop products
• Provide support to production departments to ensure that drawings are clear and understandable, facilitating the practical fabrication of components
• Revise and update existing drawings based on design changes or feedback from production departments
• Draft technical manuals for the use of machinery after it has been manufactured

Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering Degree or higher qualifications
• Autonomy in performing tasks
• Good knowledge of the mechanical drawing program SolidEdge or similar
• Knowledge of technical drawing
• Good knowledge of the English language
