Amcor is recruiting a MDO Process Specialist to lead startup and industrialization of our brand-new MDO production line for CPP-films in Venturina (Italy). The role sits in Operations/Production/Manufacturing and requires close collaboration with production, QC and R&D to bring new products to scale on site.

You will ensure process stability, quality and efficiency, solve problems, and transfer knowledge to team leaders and operators.

Competenze

Master's degree in Engineering (Chemistry or related field) or equal by experience.
5+ years of proven experience on MDO lines or BOPP lines, ideally gained at film industry.
Strong operational mindset: hands-on with the machines.
Solid knowledge of polypropylene polymers and PP-film processes (extrusion, stretching, film properties).
Experience in process troubleshooting and upscaling.
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
Strong team player and communicator, able to connect with R&D and production.

Lead the start-up and industrialization of our brand-new MDO production line for CPP-films.
