Amcor is recruiting a MDO Process Specialist to lead startup and industrialization of our brand-new MDO production line for CPP-films in Venturina (Italy). The role sits in Operations/Production/Manufacturing and requires close collaboration with production, QC and R&D to bring new products to scale on site.

You will ensure process stability, quality and efficiency, solve problems, and transfer knowledge to team leaders and operators.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Engineering (Chemistry or related field) or equal by experience.
• 5+ years of proven experience on MDO lines or BOPP lines, ideally gained at film industry.
• Strong operational mindset: hands-on with the machines.
• Solid knowledge of polypropylene polymers and PP-film processes (extrusion, stretching, film properties).
• Experience in process troubleshooting and upscaling.
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Strong team player and communicator, able to connect with R&D and production.

• Solid knowledge of polypropylene polymers and PP- film processes (extrusion, stretching, film properties)
• Experience in process troubleshooting and upscaling
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
• Strong team player and communicator, able to connect with R&D and production
