RINA is currently recruiting for a Maternity Cover - Management System Certification Commercial Support to join its office in Milano, Palermo, Roma, or Casalecchio Di Reno (Italy) within the Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division.

This is a fixed-term position for maternity leave replacement.

Mission

The Commercial Support is responsible for the administrative aspects of customer interactions, managing quotes, and finalizing contracts. This position supports the sales team by providing efficient customer service, ensuring accurate record keeping, and contributing to marketing activities. #LI-MR1

Key Accountabilities

  1. Customer Data Management: Create and maintain accurate customer records, ensure information is current, and handle customer requests.
  2. Quotation Issuance: Assist in creating and issuing quotations, manage pricing strategies, and ensure documentation accuracy.
  3. Administrative Support: Support the sales team with document preparation, data entry, and record organization.
  4. Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and respond promptly to inquiries.
  5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Support data analysis and generate reports to aid decision-making.
  6. Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with policies.

Education

High School Diploma / GED in Economics or Computer Science

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and relevant software.
  • Knowledge of data protection, compliance, and record keeping policies.
  • Experience in business support, quotations, customer service, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with RINA services is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn about quotations and support teams.
  • Basic IT skills, including CRM systems and data entry.
