Responsibilities:
  • Work in a structured Engineering Support office focusing on Aero Engines / Gearboxes domain.
  • Engage in R&D, testing, analysis, and characterization of materials.
  • Verify & validate development processes of new materials.
  • Define technical specifications for special treatments.
  • Perform failure analysis/investigation on damaged or non-conforming components.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Design, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
  • Interface directly with suppliers.
Qualification Requirements:
  • Materials/Nanotechnology/Engineering Master Degree or similar background.
  • Some expertise in Additive Manufacturing processes and technologies is preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of different materials (metallic, ceramic, composite, polymeric) and experience with characterization tests.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
