MATERIALS APPLICATION ENGINEER - ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING SPECIALIST - AVIATION DOMAIN

Job Location :

The selected candidate will be assigned to a well-structured Engineering Support office focusing on Aero Engines / Gearboxes. Responsibilities include activities related to R&D, testing, analysis, and characterization of materials, verification and validation of development processes for new materials, defining technical specifications for special treatments, conducting failure analysis/investigation on damaged or non-conforming components, and collaborating with other departments (Design, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) as well as interfacing with suppliers.

Qualification Requirements

  • Master's degree in Materials Science, Nanotechnology, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Expertise in Additive Manufacturing processes and technologies;
  • Broad knowledge of metallic materials and experience with characterization tests;
