CNR-ISMN researchers are seeking to lead a project on the design, synthesis and characterization of sustainable catalysts for CO₂ methanation in the 200–400 °C range. The work will study relationships between physicochemical properties, active-site structure, and catalytic performance, with emphasis on natural or biomimetic supports and metal–support interactions.

Offer Description

Design, synthesis, and characterization of sustainable catalysts for low-temperature CO₂ methanation (200–400 °C). Study of the relationships between physicochemical properties, active‑site structure, and catalytic performance, with particular emphasis on the use of natural or biomimetic supports and metal–support interactions. Evaluation of catalyst activity, selectivity, and durability, as well as deactivation phenomena and regeneration strategies.
