Experteer Italy is seeking a procurement professional to manage the purchase of metal parts for production, balancing availability, cost, and supplier performance. You will work with the Purchasing team to optimize sourcing, lead supplier negotiations, and ensure timely delivery.

You will maintain ERP master data, monitor supplier performance, manage stock levels, and address quality issues. This role supports production efficiency and cost optimization within a cross-functional, growth-focused

Competenze

• Degree in Management Engineering
• Experience in a Purchasing role, preferably in a purchasing office
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability to analyze and interpret team KPIs

Mansioni

• Negotiate pricing and identify new suppliers
• Create, follow up, and manage delivery schedules for metal part purchase orders (SAP)
• Maintain ERP master data for costs, supplier orders, and inbound/outbound material flows
• Visit suppliers to coordinate priorities and share delivery plans
• Conduct reporting and analysis for cost optimization, savings, and supplier performance
• Manage inventory to meet stock targets and handle quality non-conformities
