Baker Hughes Company is seeking a Manufacturing Experienced Professional for Material Plan & Execution in Italy. The role focuses on crafting and maintaining short-term master plans, coordinating production schedules, and aligning with suppliers to meet fulfilment goals.

The candidate should have a degree, strong Italian communication, and experience in ERP and MS Office. A cross-functional, problem-solving mindset and Lean training are valued to optimize operations and inventory.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent Italian and English; strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams in a global-matrix environment.
• Knowledge of Lean tools and Six Sigma training is a plus.

Mansioni

Partner with the best As Material Planner, you will be responsible for:

• Deploy master planning in the short term, scheduling operations and activity to optimize production and respect fulfilment needs
• Prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs.
• Leading planning of Farm-in & Farm-out Activities with external Suppliers, overseeing cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks, materials shortages, machine maintenance, manpower issues and shop capacity
• Ensuring operational alignment with production plan and KPIs & Optimize inventory and process improvements.
• Exchanging data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.
• Maintaining accurate traceability for all records created during products manufacturing.
• Complying with company policy and process including but not limit in compliance, quality, production, EHS, HR & Admin, Lean etc.

To be successfull in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Be able to work independently and be able to identify and drive process improvements.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in cross-functional teams in a global-matrix environment
• Show effective problem identification and solution skills.
• Be fluent in Italian, both oral and written
• Show good knowledge of MS Office and Enterprise Resource Planning systems

Desired Characteristics

• Strong oral and written communication skills and fluency with the English language
• Strong interpersonal, leadership & influencing skills
• Display leading attitude for improvement and innovation initiatives
• Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
• Six Sigma training or equivalent Quality Training
• Knowledge of value stream mapping, one-piece flow, AWO, Kaizen, 5s and other lean tools is preferred.

For Italy: The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 38,605 To 59,000. The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay
