Job summary

The Member Company is seeking a logistics and operations professional to manage the end-to-end flow of materials. You will oversee handling, storage, and delivery, and ensure timely execution of activities across the supply chain.

In this role you will coordinate procurement and repair tasks, maintain strong supplier relationships, and ensure ERP data is accurate. You will provide regular updates to clients and internal teams and support continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the operational flow of materials across their lifecycle.
• Coordinate procurement and repair activities to meet schedules.
• Handle relationships with suppliers and stakeholders in logistics and operations.
• Issue and track purchase orders required to support repair and material management activities.
• Ensure constant updates of data and information within the ERP systems.
• Monitor the progress of activities and provide periodic updates to clients and internal functions.
• Analyze process performance and support the identification of improvement actions.
• Contribute to activity management through planning, coordination, and operational risk mitigation strategies.
