JOB SUMMARY
Working under minimal supervision, this role acts as the lead in the absence of the Supervisor. Responsible for ensuring accuracy in SAP at all times. Following department procedures, the employee should be able to perform at least three of the following jobs: RTS (Return to Stock), stockroom, cycle counts, WIP support, shipping, receiving inspection, or receiving. The role involves reconciling inventory variances and making adjustments accordingly. The employee reports line record accuracy to the Supervisor and Manager and may act as a liaison between Production Control, Production Management, and the Production line regarding inventory or shortages.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stockroom / RTS:
- Put material away in the stockrooms using RF scanners in SAP and verify the associated transaction on the system.
- Pull kits and split them as required using the system-based kit pull procedure.
- Scan kits to the G drive and pull shortages to ensure they are complete.
- Count all the material coming back from the line to ensure the system's accuracy.
- Maintain organized box build areas and ensure all kan bans are full of material.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Other related duties:- Physical and system movement of material within Operations.
- Cycle counting of any area.
- Complete material disposition report forms.
- Accurately back flush material in the ERP system.
Receiving:- Follow the receiving procedure outlined on ISO documents.
- Validate carton count against bill of lading, match packing to each lot, and note exceptions.
- Sign for all material delivered once validated.
- Validate purchase order, part number, quantity, and supplier; complete receipt to dock for production materials in the system.
- Perform de-trash shipments as needed.
Receiving Inspection:- Follow the inspection procedures on ISO documents.
- Verify packing slip, receipt, and inventory quantities before passing inspection.
- Perform SAP transactions to move material as required.
- Perform inventory adjustments (direct withdrawal).
- Obtain and maintain Quality Control Inspection certification based on IPC’s Standard-A-610.
Shipping:- Follow ISO shipping procedures and documentation requirements for domestic and international shipments.
- Manage transportation scheduling using Jabil or customer carriers, following corporate guidelines.
- Perform physical movements, system transactions, and verifications safely and accurately.
Supports work cells during month-end shipments, which may include extra hours. Operates material handling equipment as needed.

- Ability to write simple correspondence and understand visual aids.

- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and interpreting graphs.
