Our goal is to increase our market penetration worldwide. We are seeking ambitious individuals to grow with us as Master Licensees in different countries.
We operate within the ScaleUp marketplace, servicing companies with 10 to 1000 staff and revenues between $2m and $100m, including some smaller businesses. We work directly with business owners, VCs, PEs, Funds, and family businesses, typically dedicating 1-10 days a month per client. Our focus is on providing high-quality Board Advisory services with expertise in finance, marketing, sales, IT, HR, and management, including Non-Executive Directors, Chairs, Mentors, and Coaches.
Our Advisors are experienced, qualified, and have scaled businesses as Managing Directors or CEOs. They thrive on client success and are aligned with our values of transparency, energy, and teamwork.
To become part of our team, candidates must:
Master Licensees have exclusive territorial rights, with initial training, ongoing support, and strategic meetings. They contribute a small initial fee, a 10% royalty, and a 10% shareholding in the licensee company, ensuring long-term commitment.
After an initial meeting, a Boardroom Advisor is introduced to the business owner. Work is based on agreed packages or ongoing engagements, with a team approach involving a lead Advisor and Regional Director to foster loyalty and strong relationships.
Our work covers all aspects of a Board Advisor role, including performance reviews, funding analysis, outsourcing, growth planning, staffing, and salary reviews. Engagements are aimed at establishing long-term relationships rather than one-off projects.
