As part of the team, you will deliver transformation services through offerings like Marketing Transformation, Connected Commerce, and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help clients optimize their marketing, sales, and customer service strategies, leading to cost reduction, revenue growth, and improved customer satisfaction, positively impacting key business metrics.
HOW IS A DAY AS A CONSULTANT AT ACCENTURE?
You will work closely with clients as a consulting professional, designing, building, and implementing initiatives to enhance business performance. Your responsibilities include:
- Planning and designing new campaign strategies and marketing plans across channels and devices based on performance insights.
- Gathering business requirements and designing processes and solutions for marketing and advertising tools.
- Conducting vendor assessments and evaluating clients' MarTech / AdTech capabilities.
- Recommending optimizations for MarTech / AdTech stacks and developing use cases for better utilization.
- Partnering with technology providers and marketing agencies to deliver optimal solutions.
- Assessing marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, SEO/SEM, BTL, and display advertising, providing optimization recommendations.
- Demonstrating strong project management skills to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and projects.
- Managing a team of digital marketing platform specialists, overseeing work allocation, training, and development.
- Driving business development and thought leadership in digital marketing platforms.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Hands-on experience with SFMC / Pardot / Personalization / CDP / Loyalty programs.
- Preferably, consulting experience.
- Experience working with middle to senior management levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong analytical skills and results-driven decision-making abilities.
- Highly organized with proven process development skills.
- Experience navigating global, matrixed environments and client-facing roles.
- Ability to work effectively remotely in a virtual, global environment.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, unstructured settings.
- Experience in capability development processes.
IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- High proficiency in English.
- At least 5 years of experience in designing/managing marketing campaigns, with 3+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Pardot / Adobe Experience / Adobe Campaign as a functional consultant.
- Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Pardot.
- Desirable: experience with CRM, marketing software, channel integration, real-time decisioning.
- Deep understanding of how digital channels integrate to create personalized marketing experiences.
- Experience managing digital campaigns for large, complex clients, with proficiency in measurement and operations.
- Ability to leverage insights for campaign and strategy optimization.
- Experience organizing data, segments, and campaign setups.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, both onshore and offshore.
- Effective relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing small to mid-sized teams.
