The Song GN practice is aligned with the Global Network Practice of Accenture and collaborates with clients across marketing, sales, and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by offerings like Marketing Transformation, Connected Commerce, and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help clients optimize their marketing, sales, and customer service strategies, leading to cost reduction, revenue growth, improved customer satisfaction, and positive impacts on business metrics.
HOW IS A DAY AS A CONSULTANT AT ACCENTURE?
You will work closely with clients as consulting professionals to design, build, and implement initiatives that enhance business performance. Your responsibilities include:
- Planning and designing new campaign strategies and marketing plans across all channels based on performance insights.
- Gathering business requirements and designing processes and solutions for marketing and advertising tools.
- Conducting vendor assessments and evaluating client’s MarTech / AdTech capabilities.
- Providing recommendations to optimize MarTech / AdTech stacks and developing use cases for better utilization.
- Partnering with technology providers and marketing agencies to deliver tailored solutions.
- Assessing marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, SEO/SEM, BTL, and display advertising, and recommending optimizations.
- Managing projects with strong organizational skills, mobilizing stakeholders, and overseeing multiple initiatives.
- Leading and developing a team of digital marketing platform specialists, including work allocation, training, and hiring.
- Driving business development and thought leadership in digital marketing platforms.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Hands-on experience with SFMC, Pardot, Personalization, CDP, Loyalty, etc.
- Preferred experience in consulting.
- Experience working with middle to senior management levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Highly organized with proven process development abilities.
- Success in navigating global matrixed environments and client-facing roles.
- Ability to work effectively remotely and in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
- Experience in capability development processes.
IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- High proficiency in English.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing campaign management, including 3+ years as a functional consultant in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or Adobe Campaign.
- Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot.
- Experience with CRM, marketing software, channel integration, and real-time decisioning (desirable).
- Understanding of how digital channels create cohesive, personalized marketing programs.
- Experience managing digital campaigns for large clients with proficiency in measurement and operations.
- Ability to analyze insights for campaign optimization.
- Experience organizing data, segments, and campaign setup.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, both onshore and offshore.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing small to mid-sized teams.
