The Song GN practice is aligned with the Global Network Practice of Accenture and collaborates with clients across their marketing, sales, and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings such as Marketing Transformation, Connected Commerce, and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become agile businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales, and customer service strategies, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and positive impacts on front-end business metrics.

HOW IS A DAY AS A CONSULTANT AT ACCENTURE?

You will work closely with clients as consulting professionals designing, building, and implementing initiatives to enhance business performance. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Planning and designing new campaign strategies and marketing plans across all channels and devices based on campaign performance and insights.
  2. Gathering business requirements, designing processes and solutions for implementing marketing and advertising tools.
  3. Conducting vendor assessments and evaluating clients' MarTech / AdTech capabilities.
  4. Providing recommendations to optimize the MarTech / AdTech stack and developing use cases to improve utilization.
  5. Partnering with technology solution providers and marketing agencies to deliver optimal solutions.
  6. Assessing marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, SEO/SEM, BTL, and display advertising, and recommending optimizations.
  7. Demonstrating strong project management skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and projects.
  8. Developing and managing a team of digital marketing platform specialists, overseeing work allocation, training, and hiring.
  9. Driving business development efforts and thought leadership in digital marketing platforms.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Hands-on experience with SFMC, Pardot, Personalization, CDP, Loyalty, etc.
  • Preferred experience in consulting roles.
  • Experience working with middle to senior management levels within organizations or client environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong analytical skills with a results-driven, data-oriented mindset.
  • Highly organized with proven process development skills.
  • Success in navigating global, matrixed environments and client-facing roles.
  • Ability to work effectively remotely in a virtual, global environment.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced, unstructured settings.
  • Experience in capability development processes.

IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor’s degree completed.
  • High proficiency in English.
  • At least 5 years of experience in designing or managing marketing campaigns, including 3+ years as a functional consultant in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Adobe Experience, or Adobe Campaign, with deep client-facing experience.
  • Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing software, channel integration, and real-time decisioning is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of how digital channels work together to create personalized marketing programs.
  • Experience managing digital campaigns for large, complex clients with proficiency in measurement and operations.
  • Ability to leverage insights for campaign and strategy optimization.
  • Experience organizing data, segments, and campaign setup.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage both onshore and offshore teams.
  • Effective at building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Experience managing small to mid-sized teams.
