Job Description

Marketing Specialist (Temporary Contract) based in Milan. This position lies within the Italian Business Unit. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level and you will be reporting into the Communication & Media Manager. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal and external senior stakeholders.

Main tasks of the position
  • Manage the Annual Media plan and relationship with our Media Agency.
  • Brief and Define Digital Advertising Campaigns, including SEO, SEM and paid social media activities, as well as including influencer collaborations.
  • Manage the PR Strategy and relationship with PR Agency in partnership with our Comms Manager.
  • Partner with our Comms Manager to support in the drafting of press releases and pitch stories to journalists, as well as responses to media inquiries.
  • Manage brand events: from briefing to planning and final execution, including agency coordination and budget management.
Skills & Experience
  • 1+ year of relevant marketing experience, preferably within FMCG sectors.
  • Proven track record working with Comms, Media and PR Agencies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical mindset, capable of turning data into insights and strategy.
  • Creative, proactive, and passionate about innovation in digital marketing.
  • Budget and supplier management experience.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
