Ideal Standard, part of the Villeroy & Boch Group, seeks a Marketing Specialist for Bathroom & Wellness in Italy, based in Milan.

You will execute the centrally defined marketing strategy, manage the marketing budget, optimize product distribution, and collaborate with Brand Manager and sales to drive ROI across channels and POS.

Fluent Italian and English are required along with 2–3 years in a similar role and the ability to travel North of Italy.

• 2–3 years experience in this role.
• Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written).
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills to partner with distributors and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in budgeting and channel planning.

• Manage allocated marketing budget and ensure ROI.
• Collaborate with Brand Manager and PM to align channel plan with brand strategy.
• Drive channel and POS optimization and display management with Sales team.
