Job Overview

We’re looking for a Community & Marketing Assistant to support our efforts in italy. You’ll play a key role in managing our local crypto communities, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting day-to-day marketing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about Web3 and eager to grow within a global team.

Responsibilities

• Developing marketing strategies to drive brand positioning and awareness, user acquisition, and supporting the Italy markets to boost their business plans.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Growth, Product, Community, Compliance) to ensure marketing initiatives are tailored to local user behavior, regulations, and cultural context.
• Managing partnerships with Italy media and other relevant big players at Italy level, and communities to promote Bybit through both online and offline channels.
• Planning and supporting regional marketing campaigns (e.g. referral programs, promotions, airdrops, webinars, AMAs, trading competitions) together with offline events across Italy level targeting top tier markets.
• Monitoring campaign performance and user acquisition data, and iterating based on ROI and engagement.
• Keeping up with local crypto trends, competitor activity, and relevant regulatory shifts to inform campaign and positioning strategy.

Qualifications

• Have 3+ years of experience in regional or digital marketing, with proven success in building events, PR and marketing initiatives.
• Have a deep understanding of the crypto user base, culture, content channels, and market dynamics at Italy Level.
• Are familiar with marketing tools and platforms (e.g. CRM, analytics, event check list and road map, social platforms like Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, Discord, etc.).
• Have experience working with KOLs, affiliates, and community partners in the Web3 or fintech space.
• Are proactive, creative, and able to manage multiple campaigns with limited oversight.
• Are results-oriented, with strong skills in performance tracking and reporting.
• Are based in italy and able to attend industry events or manage activations when needed.
