Job Overview :

We’re looking for a Community & Marketing Assistant to support our efforts in Italy. You’ll play a key role in managing our local crypto communities, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting day-to-day marketing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about Web3 and eager to grow within a global team.

Responsibilities :

• Develop marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning, awareness, user acquisition, and support the Italy markets in achieving their business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Growth, Product, Community, Compliance) to tailor marketing initiatives to local user behavior, regulations, and cultural context.
• Manage partnerships with Italian media outlets and key industry players, both online and offline, to promote Bybit.
• Plan and support regional marketing campaigns (e.g., referral programs, promotions, airdrops, webinars, AMAs, trading competitions) and offline events targeting top-tier markets in Italy.
• Monitor campaign performance and user acquisition data, and optimize strategies based on ROI and engagement metrics.
• Stay informed about local crypto trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to refine campaign strategies and positioning.

Candidate Requirements :

• At least 3 years of experience in regional or digital marketing, with a proven track record in organizing events, PR, and marketing initiatives.
• Deep understanding of the crypto user base, culture, content channels, and market dynamics specific to Italy.
• Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, analytics, social media such as Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, Discord).
• Experience working with KOLs, affiliates, and community partners within the Web3 or fintech sectors.
• Proactive, creative, and capable of managing multiple campaigns with limited supervision.
• Strong skills in performance tracking, analysis, and reporting.
• Based in Italy and willing to attend industry events or manage activations as needed.
