The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in marketing, fluency in Italian and English, and a passion for health and fitness. This role offers a full-time freelance contract with a salary of 1700 € monthly.

We are currently looking for a new colleague in Italy who is eager to learn and grow implementing new ideas that will help us become the No. 1 fitness e-shop in the Italian market.

Are you up for the challenge?

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?

• Preparation of a plan with a Head of Local Marketing on a quarterly basis for all marketing and communication channels;
• Prepares and creates local content on social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, etc.;
• Prepares and executes newsletters;
• Controlling and supervising the work of translators for content created by the marketing team;
• Helping organize and attend photo and video shootings, events, or other campaigns;
• Assisting the Head of Local Marketing with the preparation of local promotions and discounts;
• Evaluating data and creating accurate reports on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency and performance;
• Collaborating with business, marketing, and other teams on relevant projects;
• Executing other marketing activities assigned by the Head of Local Marketing;
• Developing innovative marketing campaigns or propositions to generate profit and build brand awareness; staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media and marketing.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing or as a social media manager;
• University degree focused on marketing, communication, media, or a related field;
• Additional marketing certifications are a plus;
• Fluent in English and native in Italian;
• Proven skills in social media, communications, marketing strategy, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for social media platforms;
• Experience in creating short videos for TikTok;
• Ability to evaluate campaigns independently;
• Creative thinking and drive for new ideas;
• Ability to balance data-driven decisions with customer empathy and market instincts;
• Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and networking skills;
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;
• A passion for the health industry and lifestyle.
