An international company in Italy is seeking dynamic individuals for their Commercial Young Professional Program focused on marketing and sales. The program offers a one-year temporary contract with possibilities for a permanent role afterward. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Business Administration and marketing experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in English. You will work in Milan, facing day-to-day challenges and engaging in professional development opportunities.

Competenze

• Must have a completed degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least one year of temporary marketing experience, particularly in product management.
• Willingness to relocate to Milan at own expense if applying from outside Europe.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of other European languages is advantageous.

Our Commercial Young Professional Program offers hands‑on experience across marketing and sales functions, giving you a comprehensive view of both areas and their strategic interfaces. The program will start in Q1 2026 and offers a one‑year temporary contract with the aim of transforming into a permanent contract in 2027.

This is you:

• Completed degree in Business Administration focusing on marketing, sales or a similar academic background.
• Have already successfully completed at least one year in a temporary position in marketing, with a specific focus in product management.
• If you are applying from outside Europe, you will need a valid visa that is valid for the entire period and you must be comfortable starting in Milan at your own expense.
• Have an analytic mindset; using Excel and analysing data is part of your daily business.
• Passion for working in an intercultural context.
• Highly adaptable, fast at picking up new tasks, and driven to complete them effectively.
• Flexibility and willingness for assignments abroad or (inter)national business trips.
• Speak English very well (C1+). Additional European languages are a plus.

This is our program and what you will do:

• As part of a one‑year individual career journey, you will focus on the B&W Division in the Marketing Activation Team in Italy. Following this experience, there is a strong opportunity to continue with us and further develop your career through an additional assignment at our global headquarters in Mettlach, Germany.
• Take on challenging tasks in day‑to‑day operations as well as cross‑functional projects and build a broad network within the company.
• In addition to developing and learning by doing on the job, you’ll also strengthen your professional knowledge and soft skills through our accompanying young professional program.
