Located in the heart of Chianti Classico, Borgo San Felice Resort combines all the pleasures of the dolce vita. The Dimora is an example of a diffuse hotel, composed of an entire medieval village that includes a swimming pool, wine cellars, dining areas, The Botanic Spa, a church, and the surrounding estate vineyards. Guests can enjoy a cuisine made of contaminations and typicality, explore exceptional wines in the Enoteca, and partake in outdoor sports activities such as cycling through the picturesque surroundings of Chianti, just a few kilometers away. This medieval village offers an unforgettable stay filled with light and magic in this beautiful Italian region.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives under the supervision of the Director of Marketing.
  2. Conduct in-depth market research for trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  3. Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, social media, print, and events. Monitor and report campaign performance, making adjustments based on data.
  4. Develop engaging and persuasive content for marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  5. Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
  6. Contribute to the development of brand guidelines and maintain brand integrity.
  7. Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and leverage digital channels to maximize brand visibility. Manage online advertising, SEO, and social media campaigns.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a similar field.
  • Proven experience in marketing within luxury hotels for at least two or three years.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in a second language.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Creative mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Additional Information:

Fixed-term contract of one year with the possibility of extension to a permanent position. Full-time availability from Monday to Sunday with one day off during the season and two off-season. Accommodation includes an apartment with a twin bedroom and bathroom, utilities included. The package includes internal training, specific training on Relais & Chateaux evaluation criteria, assistance with health services, and access to hotel services with discounts. Participation in the Relais & Chateaux team program is also included.
