Un'importante azienda globale, specializzata in moda e sottoabbigliamento, è alla ricerca di un responsabile marketing al dettaglio per supportare i brand Triumph e Sloggi in Lombardia. La figura ideale ha esperienza nel marketing retail, comunicazione efficace, e capacità di gestione multidisciplinare. Ciò che offriamo è un ambiente di lavoro dinamico con prospettive di crescita in un'azienda a conduzione familiare con valori solidi.

Competenze

  • Minimo 3 anni di esperienza in marketing al dettaglio o marketing commerciale.
  • Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e rispettare le scadenze.
  • Proattivo e in grado di lavorare sia in autonomia che in team.

Mansioni

  • Implementare piani di marketing al dettaglio e attività per i brand Triumph & Sloggi.
  • Gestire il budget e monitorare i risultati delle attività di marketing.
  • Mantenere relazioni interne forti e comunicare con i team di vendita.

Descrizione del lavoro

  • Maintain strong internal relationships with retail sales to ensure marketing plans are supported internally
  • Support (together with the Marketing Manager) in implementing retail marketing plans and activities for both Triumph & Sloggi brands
  • Maintenance, communication and delivery of the regional retail marketing calendar
  • Keep tabs on local stock levels, particularly during campaign periods and develop plans to pivot and change direction should this be needed
  • Maintain in store CRM / loyal consumer engagement program
  • Reporting on and learning from results, calculating and communicating ROI - working closely with retail sales
  • Budget management of regional retail marketing investment
  • Processing and recording invoices in a timely and accurate way.
  • Your ideal profile
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail / VM, wholesale or trade marketing, gained in a similar industry
  • Proven success in building presence in store & online, demonstrating ability to drive presence, engagement & sell thru
  • Ability to build strong, meaningful internal & external relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Italian and English
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at one time, prioritising workload seamlessly
  • Works well under pressure, with the ability to meet deadlines
  • showing the ability to pivot with changing priorities and objectives
  • Work independently as well as collaboratively as a member of a high-performing team
  • Proactive, hand on approach
