This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join the energetic, fast-paced EF Marketing Team at its head office in Milan.
The role is ideal for someone who loves building a brand through innovative campaigns and considers the online and offline relationship to develop and execute strategic marketing plans targeting a local audience.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the global marketing team—including Design Studio, Content Creation, Marketing, Email / Paid / Search / Affiliates, and Business Intelligence—to coordinate and manage effective marketing plan executions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the organic content strategy
- Drive brand awareness, affinity, and engagement across key channels in line with EF's brand positioning
- Create and implement organic campaigns that encourage sharing and engagement, working with design, content, and technical teams
- Develop and execute a content plan on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, overseeing its implementation
- Coordinate with the central team to launch advertising campaigns across various platforms
- Monitor and analyze campaign results based on KPIs
- Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different media

- Experience and knowledge in digital marketing
- Passion for social media and marketing strategies, with a keen awareness of current trends
- Creativity and proven engagement in social media
- Ability to balance creative ideas with analytical reasoning, demonstrating why ideas are effective
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and their strategic deployment
- Ability to foster relationships within an international environment and inspire colleagues
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills
- Strong time management skills
- Technical aptitude with quick learning of new tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Proficiency in Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and other social media best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Superior written and spoken English skills
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Journey Builder is a plus
