Customer Experience Marketing Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for executing the customer experience strategy and content creation across all touchpoints to support growth, marketing, and sales goals for a specific solution or project. You will identify market opportunities aligned with our strategic objectives. You should be able to design long-term strategies, see the bigger picture, and understand all necessary steps to reach final goals. Part of your role involves evaluating existing processes and improving them. You will also develop new marketing processes, plans, and business requirements for assigned projects, ensuring smooth project execution and compliance with guidelines. The work model for this role is: #LI-Hybrid. This position contributes to the Electrification Smart Buildings division located in Sesto San Giovanni (MI). Your main responsibilities include:• Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of stakeholders and the business environment.• Designing processes to improve quality and operational efficiency.• Supporting digital process strategies within product frameworks.• Collaborating with digital teams to identify innovative opportunities and create value.• Developing prototypes of new offerings and experiences for testing and refinement.• Monitoring process steps and sharing updates.• Serving as the main contact for the project and coordinating team activities.• Identifying customer touchpoints and engagement methods.• Building the annual marketing plan and managing marketing channels and materials.• Planning and coordinating multi-channel promotional campaigns.
