This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join the energetic, fast-paced EF Marketing Team at its head office in Milan.

The role is ideal for someone who loves building a brand through innovative campaigns and considers the online and offline relationship to develop and execute strategic marketing plans targeting a local audience.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the global marketing team—including Design Studio, Content Creation, Marketing, Email/Paid/Search/Affiliates, and Business Intelligence—to coordinate and manage effective marketing plan executions.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the organic content strategy
2. Drive brand awareness, affinity, and engagement across key channels in line with EF's brand positioning
3. Create and implement organic campaigns that encourage sharing and engagement, working with design, content, and technical teams
4. Develop and execute a content plan on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, overseeing its implementation
5. Coordinate with the central team to launch advertising campaigns across various platforms
6. Monitor and analyze campaign results based on KPIs
7. Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different media

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge in digital marketing
• Passion for social media and marketing strategies, with a keen awareness of current trends
• Creativity and proven engagement in social media
• Ability to balance creative ideas with analytical reasoning, demonstrating why ideas are effective
• In-depth understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and their strategic deployment
• Ability to foster relationships within an international environment and inspire colleagues
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills
• Strong time management skills
• Technical aptitude with quick learning of new tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role
• Proficiency in Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and other social media best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Superior written and spoken English skills
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Journey Builder is a plus
