For our Pisa-based office, we are seeking a Marketing Specialist.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will work with the Marketing Manager to lead the company's marketing efforts, support sales and product management activities, expand our international presence, increase visibility, and acquire new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the communication calendar (offline & online advertising) and marketing activities for visibility and lead acquisition (events, campaigns).
• Coordinate with Marketing Manager, Product Management, and Business Divisions on the Product Launch Calendar and related activities.
• Understand customer needs, values, and desired benefits for our products, services, and solutions.
• Collaborate with product specialists, sales, and management to produce relevant content (brochures, website content, success stories).
• Work with cross-functional teams to produce effective promotional materials.
• Implement digital strategies across social media, online assets, website, and content.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and milestones to the Marketing Manager.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements when working on customer, dealer, or end-user sites.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Design, Communication, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing and communication, preferably in B2B high-tech products.
• Proven web marketing experience, focusing on digital and social media.
• Experience running multi-channel campaigns, including email, events, webinars, etc.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills; knowledge of Adobe Suite is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, Sprout).

Language Skills:

• Italian: Native speaker.
• English: Good written and spoken skills.
• Knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus.
