As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and bringing our campaigns to life. Your responsibilities will include :

• Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display and YouTube to achieve business objectives such as lead generation and brand awareness.
• Perform keyword research and audience targeting to create highly effective ad campaigns, ensuring alignment with market trends and business goals.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and conversion rates.
• Create compelling ad copy and visuals in collaboration with the creative team to drive engagement and click-through rates across multiple campaigns.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field; certifications in Google Ads or Analytics are highly desirable.

Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a track record of achieving measurable results; familiarity with other PPC platforms.

Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio to interpret data and inform decisions.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including experience with A / B testing, conversion rate optimization, and audience segmentation strategies.
