Who we are looking for

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who will drive channel marketing initiatives, optimize our outreach, and conduct analyses to support strategic planning. You will also be responsible for CRM implementation and management, providing data-driven insights to enhance our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement channel marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key channel partners for successful collaborations and joint campaigns.
• Develop and execute marketing programs across various channels to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using data insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in channel marketing.
• Lead CRM implementation and management, ensuring data accuracy and providing analytics for strategic decisions.
• Conduct market research, customer profiling, and segmentation to customize marketing efforts for different segments.
• Track and report on campaign KPIs, ROI, and customer behavior.

Ideal background:

• Degree in Management, Marketing, or Business
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
