A leading company in the cybersecurity sector is seeking a passionate Marketing Program Manager to spearhead demand generation initiatives and manage events. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, conducting market research, crafting compelling messaging, and ensuring successful execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate possesses strong project management skills and extensive experience in event management within the IT space.
The Marketing Program Manager plays a pivotal role in steering the companys demand generation efforts by crafting and executing strategies that align with the broader marketing and business goals. The Marketing Program Manager is responsible also for fully managing small / medium events that are part of local activity plan. This position is actively involved in tasks for smooth running during the planning process across internal teams and external suppliers under strict deadlines.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Cooperate closely with Demand Generation Execution in HQ to identify or adopt best practices for achieving Company business goals.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to understand the target audience market trends and competitive landscape in cooperation with the global teams.
Participate in developing clear and compelling offering positioning and messaging based on customer needs and competitive differentiation.
Craft value propositions that resonate with target customers and effectively communicate the products unique benefits.
Collaborate on developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases ensuring alignment with product development sales and marketing teams.
Create strategies and implement tactics to attract potential customers and generate leads through channels such as email marketing content marketing social media SEO PPC advertising events and webinars.
Develop and localize relevant and compelling content to engage prospects at different stages of the buyers journey including blog posts whitepapers eBooks case studies videos infographics and emails.
Plan execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness engagement and conversions.
Cooperate with global marketing teams to leverage marketing automation tools for process streamlining lead nurturing campaign tracking and performance reporting.
Ensure alignment between marketing and sales teams to foster a cohesive approach towards revenue generation and customer acquisition.
Segment the target audience based on demographics behavior and preferences to personalize marketing messages and campaigns.
Continuously test different strategies messaging and channels and collect feedback from sales and customers to optimize performance.
Independently manage small / medium events.
Estimate event costs track expenses and ensure adherence to the budget.
Collaborate with the Procurement Department to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
Coordinate with external vendors negotiate contracts and oversee their performance.
Engage with attendees delegates partners and other relevant parties to achieve the highest satisfaction ratio.
Identify select and suggest venue to the budget owner for approvement.
Set up event spaces according to Marketing Brand Guidelines.
Create an attractive and cohesive visual experience for attendees.
Coordinate team members allocated from other departments. Provide clear instructions to team members.
Create and manage satisfaction surveys. Analyze survey results and report findings.
Manage event microsites and apps.
Handle merchandise stock and shipping.
Deploy invitation campaigns via relevant communication channels. Set up user-friendly online registration processes.
Contract live presentations and demonstrations.
Utilize digital analytics and post-event follow-up.
Implement automated follow-up campaigns to nurture leads.
Evaluate event investments Analyze return on investment (ROI) for each event.
Produce promotional materials and company giveaways.
Proofread update and produce marketing materials.
Ensure consistent corporate identity alignment.
Plan and coordinate the work of colleagues in accordance with superiors instructions be responsible for the performance of the tasks entrusted to it in accordance with established procedures and processes and prioritize tasks of colleagues in order to meet established objectives and achieve required results.
Perform conceptual systemic creative and methodical activities.
Carry out other work according to the instructions of a managing employee in accordance with the activity of the department and the company.
REQUIREMENTS
Education :
Security technology experience is a plus (Event management- Bachelors degree BA / BS required MBA strongly desired or equivalent work experience)
Experience :
6 years (Event Management- 3 years of experience in event management and marketing production (2 years of experience in project management is advantage))
Knowledge :
General knowledge of security software
Basic knowledge in the IT environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
MS Office : advanced
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word.
Time Management.
Strong writing skills for content creation message composition and email communication.
Preparation of materials for effective presentations and video content.
