From the Sunset Hotels & Resorts division, we are seeking a creative, strategic, and brand-oriented Marketing & PR Manager for METT Milan Torre Velasca, our new Residences & Suites project located in the iconic Torre Velasca, in the heart of Milan.

Main responsibilities
  • Brand Positioning & Concept Communication: Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to elevate the identity of the property within the luxury lifestyle and hospitality space, ensuring alignment with brand standards and values.
  • Marketing Operations & On-Site Activation: Ensure the effective execution of all marketing operations on-property, coordinating closely with department heads to align campaigns, brand materials, and guest-facing communications.
  • PR, Press & Media Relations: Plan and manage public relations initiatives, including organizing press trips, liaising with media contacts, and securing coverage across relevant print and digital platforms to increase brand visibility and reputation.
  • Social Media & Influencer Marketing: Oversee the management of all social media channels, ensuring engaging and on-brand content. Build and nurture collaborations with key opinion leaders, influencers, and brand ambassadors to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Website & Digital Presence: Manage the official website content and updates, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and optimal user experience. Coordinate with digital partners to improve visibility, SEO, and traffic performance.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and manage partnership opportunities with local and international brands, lifestyle platforms, or destination initiatives that align with the property’s positioning and enhance guest experience.
  • Market Research & Consumer Insights: Monitor market trends, competitors, guest behavior, and industry developments to identify opportunities and recommend product, service, or campaign enhancements.
  • Budget Management & Planning: Develop the annual marketing budget and oversee day-to-day expenditure, ensuring efficient use of resources and ROI on campaigns and partnerships.
  • Sales & Promotional Campaign Support: Support the development and implementation of sales campaigns and trade promotions in coordination with commercial teams to drive bookings and revenue growth.
  • Content Development & Messaging: Ensure consistent and high-quality content creation across all channels (print, digital, social), aligned with brand tone and audience expectations.
  • Reporting & Performance Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to campaigns, guest engagement, and digital performance; prepare regular reports and make data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a Marketing leadership role within 5* luxury hotels, lifestyle hospitality or luxury Retail brands.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing and PR campaigns, ideally in lifestyle hospitality, luxury travel, or high-end consumer brands.
  • Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
  • Good business awareness including external markets and competitor positions
  • Strong planning and budgetary skills
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools, content strategy, and social media management platforms (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Experience in influencer marketing, media relations, and organizing press trips or brand activations.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, guest experience, and storytelling within the luxury sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (media, influencers, agencies, partners).
