Mindray Italy is seeking a motivated Marketing Operations Assistant Intern to support the PMLS Marketing Team. You will help improve customer master data, assist with product registration, and support day-to-day operations across internal stakeholders.

The role offers a 6-month fixed term contract and opportunities to contribute to data management, registration processes, and marketing activities while gaining cross-functional exposure in a global healthcare company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, or final year in Biomedical Engineering, Data Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data management tools.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Customer Data Management: Clean, verify, and update customer records; consolidate data from sources; prepare data quality reports.
• Product Registration Support: Prepare, collect, organize, and file product registration documents; track progress; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Marketing Operations Support: Prepare reports, presentations, marketing materials, and admin docs; assist with visits, training, events; support demo equipment handling and inventory.
• Key Projects and Deliverables: Cleaned customer data; maintained registration docs; updated trackers and progress reports.
