Offerta

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to drive business growth in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), Nordics and UK regions. This role requires a native German speaker with a strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer behavior (based in Milan) .

The ideal candidate, reporting to the EMEA marketing director, will combine B2B marketing expertise , commercial acumen , a customer-centric approach and the ability to work cross-functionally to execute impactful marketing plans tailored to local needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to grow market share and customer engagement across the assigned regions.
  • Work closely with Sales, Downstream Product managers, and other EMEA marketing team members, to ensure alignment with local business goals.
  • Adapt global campaigns, content, assets, engagement activities to regional needs, ensuring customer relevance and commercial impact.
  • Lead and manage regional plans including local trade shows, events, lead generation activities, and local KOL programs and courses, as well as digital campaigns.
  • Nurture relationships with local dealers, providing full scenario of Client solutions and products and get from them insights to improve overall Client marketing activities execution
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Track marketing KPIs and ROI; optimize activities based on data and performance metrics.
  • Represent the voiceof the local customer within the wider EMEA marketing team.
  • Accomplish day-by-day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects and activities as requested
  • Familiarity with working with creativity agencies for the development of marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Monitor, report and forecast on assigned region(s)' budget

Requirements :

  • Native-level German and fluent English ; additional language skills (e.g., Italian) are a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in the medical device, healthcare, dental, or B2B industry / Consumer.
  • Proven track record in driving market growth through localized marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the DACH and UK markets from both cultural and commercial perspectives.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Available to travel at least one week per month within the assigned regions.
  • Strong digital and analytical mindset; experience with CRM, campaign tracking, and automation tools is preferred.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
