We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead all marketing and communications efforts for a new Members Club opening in the iconic Torre Velasca building in Milan.
This role is crucial during the pre-launch, opening, and growth phases, focusing on developing and executing impactful campaigns to increase brand awareness, member acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury lifestyle, hospitality, fashion, or members club marketing.
Main Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the pre-opening, launch, and growth of the members club.
- Lead brand positioning and coordinate marketing campaigns across all channels, ensuring consistent messaging. Localize global strategies for the Italian market, manage budgets, content calendars, and oversee production. Monitor market trends and performance to optimize ROI and brand growth.
- Member Communications & Engagement
- Manage the entire member communications journey and collaborate with teams to promote programming via emails, newsletters, and in-app channels.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Oversee digital campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Manage content calendars and utilize data insights to refine strategies and grow online presence.
- Public Relations & Third-party Management
- Act as the primary liaison with the PR agency, managing briefs, media requests, and reviewing deliverables.
- Creative Production & Asset Management
- Oversee the creation of branded assets across digital, print, and visual media, ensuring quality and consistency. Coordinate creative workflows with external partners and maintain an organized asset library.
- Administrative & Reporting
- Manage marketing budgets, track campaign performance, report on key metrics, and ensure website content is current.
- Events & Partnerships
- Collaborate with the events team to support signature programming and lead marketing for press events, influencer activations, and VIP experiences. Identify strategic brand partnerships and support influencer engagement to boost awareness and brand affinity.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of marketing experience in hospitality (members clubs experience is a plus), luxury lifestyle, fashion, F&B, or related brands.
- Proven success in launching new venues, communities, or membership programs.
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of content strategy, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
