Role Overview

This Marketing Manager will be part of the Advanced Wound Management Business Unit, focused on Advanced Wound Care. The role involves creating, developing, and implementing marketing strategies, reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager AWM Italia. It is based in the Milano area with a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement the competitive strategy for the product.
  2. Monitor and analyze competition to anticipate and prevent loss of sales.
  3. Ensure compliance with the company's code of ethics.
  4. Develop and monitor annual marketing plans.
  5. Follow-up and analyze sales data.
  6. Manage forecasts.
  7. Participate in congresses and professional forums; organize and coordinate activities with clients.
  8. Develop relationships with KOLs and decision-makers to support consultants and working groups.
  9. Collaborate with sales, clinical, logistics, tender, quality, and compliance departments.
  10. Identify new business opportunities, including products, services, and collaborations.
  11. Detect new customer segments and sales channels.
  12. Provide product training to new team members.
Business Development & Projects

Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding the use of advanced wound products. Develop and implement clinical pathways and decision tools at national/regional levels, supporting the field force with new tools and protocols. Work with cross-functional teams including International Marketing, Market Access, Evidence Analysis, and Health Economics.

Qualifications & Skills
  • High proficiency in English; native/bilingual Italian.
  • Intermediate-high Office skills.
  • Degree in Health Sciences, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields; Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in the Medical Device (Wound) field.
  • Key competencies include communication, customer orientation, collaboration, leadership, relationship-building, openness to innovation, creativity, and adaptability.
Additional Information

Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally. Location: Milan, hybrid role.
