Smith & Nephew recherche un Marketing Manager pour sa Business Unit Advanced Wound Management. Ce poste hybride à Milan implique l'élaboration et l'implémentation de stratégies marketing ainsi que l'analyse de la concurrence, avec une attention particulière à l'orientation client et aux relations avec les partenaires. This Marketing Manager will be part of Advanced Wound Management Business Unit, focused on Advanced Wound Care, through the creation, development and implementation of marketing strategies, and reporting to Sr. Marketing Manager AWM Italia.

This role will be based in Milano area (hybrid role)

What will you be doing?

  • Implement the competitive strategy for the product.
  • Monitoring and analysis of competition, anticipation to avoid loss of sales.
  • Compliance with the company's code of ethics.
  • Implementation and monitoring of annual marketing plans.
  • Follow-up and analysis of sales.
  • Forecast Management.
  • Active participation in congresses and professional specialized forums. Organization and coordination of activities with clients.
  • Relationship and development of KOLs and decision-makers as support for consultants, working groups. Support and network with other departments / partners.
  • Support and strategic partnership with the sales teams and clinical department, sales network to close deals / business and training, collaboration with Logistics department, Tender department, Quality, Compliance, Clinical departments.
  • Detection of business opportunities in the market (products, services, collaborations).
  • Detection of new types of customers and sales channels.
  • Product training to new joiners of Commercial Team.

Business Opportunities and projects :

Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding and consolidating the use of advanced wounds products for key indications.

Develop and implement the use of clinical pathways and decision tools at national / regional level and support technically the field force in the implementation of new tools / algorithms / protocols.

Work with cross functional teams to design and implement plans, including International Marketing, Market Access, Evidence Analysis and Health Economics.

What will you need to be successful?

Essential : High level of English, Native / Bilingual Italian.

Intermediate-high level of Office skills.

Degree in Health Sciences, Business Management, Marketing and related fields. Master Degree or equivalent experience and additional training highly desirable.

Previous experience in a similar position – Ideally in Medical Device (Wound field).

Travel Domestic- up to 30% (domestic and some international).
