The role

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager EU, based in Italy, to support our growing network of EU Trade Marketing Managers across the region. You’ll play a vital role in steering and supporting local marketing execution from the UK HQ, ensuring consistent brand alignment and campaign delivery. Acting as a key connector between regional teams and HQ, you’ll help scale Norton’s European presence, drive customer engagement, and deliver performance-driven marketing plans tailored to each market.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Support Regional Trade Marketing Managers across Europe by guiding local campaign execution, promotions, and marketing calendar management.
  • Act as a conduit between EU teams and UK HQ, ensuring brand alignment, sharing best practices, and streamlining communication.

  • Collaborate with HQ Brand Communications, Customer Experience, and Product Marketing teams to translate global strategies into impactful regional initiatives.

  • Provide hands-on assistance and direction to regional teams on CRM, dealer marketing activities, digital channels, and event planning.

  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor positioning to advise regional teams and identify growth opportunities.

  • Coordinate pan-EU campaigns with centralised creative assets and performance tracking.

  • Manage and report on regional KPIs, marketing ROI, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Travel regularly to UK HQ and key EU markets to maintain close collaboration with stakeholders and dealership networks.


Personal Specification

  • 8+ years' experience in marketing, preferably in the motorcycle, automotive, or premium consumer products industry in multiple countries.
  • Strong understanding of dealer marketing models, CRM, digital, and retail campaign execution.
  • Experience in multi-country marketing coordination or regional marketing support roles.
  • Skilled at working cross-functionally with sales, creative, and external agency partners.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to bridge HQ strategy with in-market execution.
  • Highly organised, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects across time zones.
  • A natural team player with fluent English and ideally Italian (additional EU languages a plus).
  • Willing and able to travel to the UK and within Europe as required.
