Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target audiences, and competitors.
  • Understand the target market and develop strategic marketing plans and tactics.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment with business strategies.
  • Work with Product Management and other teams to gather market insights, develop product value propositions, and positioning.
  • Lead portfolio strategy and new product development, including launch plans and marketing materials.
  • Create and manage the marketing budget, monitoring spending and variances.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 7+ years of B2B strategic marketing experience.
  • Interest and knowledge in the foodservice industry.
  • Technical competence to work with R&D and Sales on product-related issues.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and travel within Europe, Middle East, and the US.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; additional European languages are a plus.
