Position Overview :

TePe is seeking a results-driven and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the brand's marketing activities in Italy. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing plans that support both the professional dental segment (dentists, hygienists, dental clinics) and the consumer retail / pharmacy channel . The role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a deep understanding of both B2B and B2C environments. The position holder will be part of the Italian Management Team and reports directly to the Country Manager and will have the management responsibility of a Digital Marketing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities :

Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans to drive brand awareness, market penetration, and category growth.
  • Oversee and take full ownership of the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation, cost efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Adapt global brand guidelines to local market needs, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Identify strategic opportunities in the oral care category through market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and professional insights.

Professional & Consumer Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with dental professionals and key opinion leaders to strengthen TePe’s presence in clinical settings.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of educational content, product information, and scientific materials tailored to dental practitioners.
  • Plan and implement trade marketing activities and educational campaigns within pharmacies and retail outlets.

Campaign Development & Execution – Trade Marketing

  • Lead 360° campaigns across digital, print, in-store, and professional channels.
  • Work closely with Sales and Commercial teams to plan and execute promotional and seasonal campaigns that support revenue goals across B2B and B2C channels.
  • Execute and monitor in store and on-line activation activities
  • Develop targeted communication strategies for both dental professionals and end consumers.

Digital Marketing & CRM

  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website content, email marketing, paid social, and SEO.
  • Support the optimization of CRM tools and data-driven campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with global and local digital teams to localize assets and ensure alignment with TePe’s global strategy.

Event Management & Professional Support

  • Organize and manage TePe’s presence at dental congresses, ECM-accredited events, training seminars, and trade shows.
  • Keep relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Support educational initiatives and partnerships with dental schools and professional associations.
  • Track marketing performance and KPIs, generating insights and reports to guide future planning.
  • Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and channel trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Monitor competitor activity and emerging market dynamics in the oral care space
  • Ensure that our data within pharmaceutical industry databanks is consistently accurate, up-to-date, and validated.

Requirements :

Education & Experience

  • University Degree, ideally in Marketing, Business Strategy, Economics.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role (Trade marketing manager / Channel marketing manager), ideally within healthcare, oral care or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven experience in working with both professional and retail / consumer audiences.
  • Strong understanding of the oral care ecosystem, including product use in clinical settings.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Understanding of local marketing regulations and compliance requirements in Italy, while also adhering to international standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, both locally in Italy and at the head office in Sweden
  • Experience of working with an international company
